Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage engineering and construction projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
  • Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review contracts, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct project meetings and communicate project updates.
  • Manage project budgets and approve expenditures.
  • Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
